If you want to change or cancel an appointment, please contact one of our friendly receptionists at (09) 837 1110 or by email at [email protected].

If you fail to notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, a non-attendance or late cancellation fee will be incurred. This will apply to all age groups. For adults, 50% of the service fee will be applied and a flat rate of $10 for children 13 years and under.
